KATS welcomes new Associate
KATS is pleased to welcome Angella Tendo Namubiru to the Firm. She joins the Corporate and Commercial department as an Associate.
Angella focuses her practice on Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate to mention but a few. She offers practical legal and business advice to entrepreneurs and companies through all stages of their maturation and demise (if it comes to that).
Prior to joining KATS, Angella was an Associate at a firm, where she worked on a broad range of corporate matters.
