Joanne, a Senior Associate in the Firm, has 10 years’ experience handling Corporate & Commercial transactions in Employment law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Intellectual Property.
She is adept at contract review, conducting due diligence exercises for our domestic and international clients, handling Real Property transactions, drafting credit facility documents for various international banks. With respect to Intellectual Property, she is engaged in registration of trademarks, copyright, patents and industrial designs. She also carries out Company Secretarial services for several clients.
