Frank is a Principal Associate working in KATS’ Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. He has over 15 years’ legal experience and specializes in Commercial & Criminal Litigation and Real Estate law. He practises Commercial Litigation and ADR with specific expertise in disputes involving corporate mis-governance, fraud, and regulatory non-compliance. He advises domestic and international clients on a range of regulatory issues and represents them in negotiations with government departments and agencies. He has experience in providing Transactional & Advisory services in an assortment of land transactions particularly providing services in relation to portfolio management, title registration, mortgage registration, and general conveyance. He provides Corporate Secretarial services to many of KATS corporate clientele.
As a Criminal Law litigator, Frank acts for clients initiating private criminal prosecutions, attends to watching briefs on behalf of corporate clients, and undertakes bail applications for individual clients.
