    • Advised Equity Bank Uganda Limited and Equity Bank Kenya Limited on a syndicated loan facility to a real estate developer in Uganda.
    • Advised Trade and Development Bank (TDB) on its USD 45 Million facility to a leading tobacco franchise in Uganda.
    • Advised ABSA Mauritius Bank Limited on its USD 12.5 Million facility to a Mauritian entity, the parent company to a leading pharmaceutical franchise in Uganda.
    • Advised the Standard Bank of South Africa on its USD 5.5 Million financing to the parent company of a leading real estate developer in Uganda.
    • Advised Oppenheimer Partners on its 75% acquisition of Hariss International Limited, the makers of all Riham products in Uganda.
    • Advised Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) on its acquisition of a stake in Mahathi Infra Uganda Limited, the leading transporter of petroleum products on Lake Victoria.
    • Advised EXEO Capital on its acquisition of a significant minority in Amos Dairies Limited, a leading dairy processing and manufacturing entity in Uganda.
    • Advised Olea Partners, a leading insurance broker in Africa on its acquisition of a majority stake in Ballpack Insurance Limited, an insurance intermediary in Uganda.
    • Advised Eurapharma SA on its acquisition of a stake in Africa Chemist and Beauty Care Inc, the parent company of the Goodlife Pharmacy brand in Uganda.
    • Regularly advises Goodwill Ceramics Uganda Limited (a Tile manufacturing company in Kapeeka), National Aviation Services (former ENHAS), RwandAir on all employment matters.
    • Represented a litigant in the Industrial Court of Uganda over a dispute of unfair dismissal against a financial institution and settled the same in favour of the client.
    • Advised Berkeley Energy Renewables Singapore Limited on the conduct of a due diligence on 4 energy companies to ascertain compliance with the Laws of Uganda including review of key energy project documents.
    • Advised Total Energies BV on its licensing and regulatory requirements for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP).
    • Advised Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA) on its negotiations for the renewal of the UMEME Concession.
    • Advised Airtel Uganda Limited on the selling and marketing restrictions in foreign jurisdictions during their Initial Placement Offer (IPO), the largest commercial transaction in Uganda in 2023.
    • Advised Airtel Uganda Limited on its post IPO continuing obligations in accordance with the Laws of Uganda.
